i fiinish my 10km in like 60 min and spent 15 min chattin at cafe and e remainin 15 min to complete another 3 rounds
well first 4 round i shld say TOO EASY bt hor 5th round onward i dyin liao sia
mi cnt run long distance for nuts lo
anw 1 round = 1km
ha bt anw still manage to complete 13 round despite slackin at cafe for like 15 mins...

whole sat morning gone LOL
want to study bt like bo mood sia
maybe i shld catch some sleep first ba =D
